HOW TO LOG IN
Step 1 – If a user can not remember their password they need to go to the bank`s Homepageand click on the menu icon at the top right of the page. A drop down menu will appear and from this the user must click `Online Banking`. Now a new login section will appear and here the user must enter their `Access ID` and then click `Login`.
Forgotten User ID/Password
Step 1 – If a user can not remember their password they need to go to the bank`s Homepage and click on the menu icon at the top right of the page. A drop down menu will appear and from this the user must click `Online Banking`. Now a new login section will appear and here the user must click the link `Forgot Password`.
Step 2 – The user must now enter their `Access ID`, `Last Four Digits Of Social Security Number/Tax ID` and `Email Address` and then click `Submit`.
If a user can not remember any of their other login details they need to get in touch with the bank. The can can call then on 1-800-627-1632 or of they wish they can visit their `Bank Branch`.
HOW TO ENROLL
Step 1 – If a user can not remember their password they need to go to the bank`s Homepageand click on the menu icon at the top right of the page. A drop down menu will appear and from this the user must click `Online Banking`. Now a new login section will appear and here the user must click the link `Enroll In Online Banking`.
Step 2 – The user must now complete the `Blank Fields` and then click `Submit`.
