HOW TO LOGIN

Step 1 – Visit the First (1st) Advantage Federal Credit Union’s Website and click the Login button located in the ADVANTAGENET 24 HOUR BANKING section.

Step 2 – You will then arrive at a page that asks you to provide your User ID, enter your User ID and click Log In.

Forgot User ID/Password – If you are having trouble logging in because you either forgot your User ID or Password, contact the customer service department at (757) 877-2444. Inform a bank representative of your problem, and they will assist you in the recovery of your User ID or Password.

HOW TO ENROLL

Step 1 – Visit First (1st) Advantage Federal Credit Union’s Enrollment Page by clicking the ENROLL button on the homepage. You will then be provided a disclosure. Read the disclosure and click I Agree.
