Step 1 – Log on by going to the Cumberland County Bank website and inputting your “Login ID” in the available space to the left of the homepage, then click Login below. If you have a business account you must select the “Business” tab and enter your “Business ID” and “Login ID”, then click Login.

Forgot Login ID/Password – For assistance with forgotten Login info, user must contact one of the option below and explain your situation. A bank employee will then help you retrieve the forgotten information but must first confirm that you are truly the account holder by asking certain security questions.
