HOW TO LOG IN

Step 1 – If users want to log in to their online account they must go to the bank`s Homepage and click on`Log In To Online Banking` at the top left of the page. A drop down menu will appear and they should now click `DirectNET Consumer Banking`. Now the customer can enter their `User ID/Login ID` and `Password` and click `Log In`.

Forgotten User ID/Password

Step 1 – If a user can not remember their password they must go to the bank`s Homepage and click on`Log In To Online Banking` at the top left of the page. A drop down menu will appear and they should now click `DirectNET Consumer Banking`. Now below will be a link `Reset Password` which they must click on.

Step 2 – Users must now enter their `Login ID` and then click `Continue`.

If a user can not remember their user ID/Login ID they will need to contact the bank either by telephone calling 1 (800) 400-6080 or by visiting their `Local Branch`.
