HOW TO LOG IN

Step 1 – If a user wants to login they need to go to the bank`s Homepage where they need to look for `Online Banking` at the top right of the page. Here they need to enter their `Username` and `Password` and then click on `Login`.

 

Forgotten User ID/Password

Step 1 – If a user can not remember their password they must go to the bank`s Homepage and look for `Online Banking` at the top right of the page. Here they must click on `Forgot Password`.

Step 2 – If the user can not remember their `Password` they must enter their `Username` and `Telephone Number` and then click `Send Me A New Password`. If they can not remember their `Username` they will need to click on the link `I Forgot My Username`.

Step 3 – Step 4 – Now the user must enter their `Email Address` and then click `Send`.

Step 1 – If a user wants to enroll they need to go to the bank`s Homepage where they need to look for `Online Banking` at the top right of the page. Here they need to click on the link `Register`.

Step 2 – The user must now complete the `Blank Fields` and then click on `Complete Sign Up`.
