Forgotten User ID/Password

Step 1 – If the user has forgotten their passcode they must got to the banks Homepage and look for `Enroll/Login-Online Banking` at the top left of the page. Here they will need to click the link below this, `Forgot Passcode`.

 

Step 2 – Next the user will have to enter their `Social Security Number`, `Access ID` and `Account Number` and then click `Submit`.

 

If a user can not remember any of their other login details they will be required to contact the bank either by telephone calling 1 (518) 885-6781 or by visiting their `Bank Branch`.

HOW TO ENROLL

Step 1 – To enroll the user must got to the banks Homepage and look for `Enroll/Login-Online Banking` at the top left of the page. Here they will need to click the link below this, `Enroll`.
