Step 1 – If a user has forgotten their password they must go to the bank`s Homepage and click `Online Banking Login` at the top right of the page. Next the user must click `Personal Login` from the window which will appear in the middle of the screen. Another window will appear and the user must click`Login` without entering any details in the blank field.
Step 2 – Next the user must enter their `Access ID`, `Last Four Digits Of Social Security Number` and `Email Address` and then click `Submit`.
