Forgotten User ID/Password

Step 1 – If a user has forgotten their login details they must go to the bank`s homepage and click the link `I Want To Log In To My Account`.

 

Step 2 – Now they must click the link `Forgot Password`.

 

Step 3 – To retrieve a password the user must enter their `Telephone Number` and `Username` and then click `Send Me A New Password`. To retrieve a new username the user must click the link`I Forgot My Username`.

 

Step 4 – The user must now enter their `Email Address` and then click `Send`

Step 1 – To enroll users go to the bank`s Homepage and click on the link at the top left of the page `I Want To Log In To My Account`.

 

Step 2 – Next the user must click the link `Register For Online Banking`.

 

Step 3 – The user must now click the link `Begin`.
