HOW TO LOG IN
Step 1 – If a user wishes to login they must go to the bank`s Homepage and look for `Online Banking towards the top right of the page. Here they must enter their `User ID` and then click `Login`.
Forgotten User ID/Password
Step 1 – If a user can not remember their login details they will be required to contact the bank. They can call the bank by telephone on 1 (217) 636-8214 or if they prefer they can visit their `Bank Branch`.
HOW TO ENROLL
Step 1 – If a user wishes to enroll they must go to the bank`s Homepage and look for `Online Banking towards the top right of the page. Here they must click on `More Options` and from the drop down menu that appears they must click on `Personal Enrollment`.
Step 2 – Next the user mus click the link `I Agree`.
Step 3 – The user must now complete the `Blank Fields`, scroll down and enter the randomly generated code and then click `Submit`.
