Step 2 – Users are asked to enter their ´Username´ and ´Password´ and then click ´Login´.
Forgotten User ID/Password
Step 1 – If users can not remember their log in details they must click on ´Consumer Online Banking Login´ at the center left of the Homepage.
Step 2 – Next the user will need to click the link ´I Can´t Access My Account´.
Step 3 – If the user has forgotten their password they need to enter their ´Telephone Number´ and then click ´Send Me A New Password´. If the user can not remember their username they need to click on the link ´I Forgot My Username´.
Step 4 – To retrieve a username the user must enter their ´Email Address´ and then click ´Send´.
