Step 1 – If the customer needs to log in to their online banking they must go to the bank`sHomepage and look for `Online Banking` at the top left of the page. Here they must enter their `Access ID` and `Passcode` and then click `Login`.
Forgotten User ID/Password
Step 1 – If the customer can not locate their login details for online banking they must go to the bank`s Homepage and look for `Online Banking` at the top left of the page. Here they must click the link `Forgot Passcode`.
Step 2 – Next the user must enter their `Access ID`, `Tax ID/Social Security Number` and `Account Number` and then click `Submit`.
If a user can not remember any of their other login details they will need to cotact the bank. They should either telephone, calling 1 (866) 348-3435, or if they prefer visit their `Local Branch`
HOW TO ENROLL
Step 1 – If the customer wishes to enroll into online banking they must go to the bank`s Homepage and look for `Online Banking` at the top left of the page. Here they must click the link `Enroll`.
Step 2 – Next the user must check the box to say they understand the bank`s terms and conditions and then click `I Agree`.
Step 3 – Next the user must complete the `Blank Fields` and then click `Continue`.
