HOW TO LOG IN
Step 1 – If a user wants access to their online account they need to go to the bank`s Homepage and click on the link `Login` at the top right of the page. A drop down menu will appear and they should select the type of banking they require, enter their `Access ID` and then click `Login`.
Forgotten User ID/Password
Step 1 – If a user can not remember the password to their online account they need to go to the bank`s Homepage and click on the link `Login` at the top right of the page. A drop down menu will appear and they should should then click the link `Forgot Password`.
Step 2 – The user is now required to enter their `Access ID`, `Last Four Digits Of Social Security Number` and `Email Address` and then click `Submit`.
