Step 2 – The user must now enter their `Access ID` and then click `Submit`.

Step 1 – If a user can not remember their password they will need to go to the bank`s Homepage and click on the link `Forgot Your Password` towards the top left of the page.
Step 2 – The user must now enter their `Acess ID, `Last Four Digits Of Tax ID` and Email Address` and then click `Submit`.
