HOW TO LOGIN
Step 1 – Visit FirstAtlantic Bank’s Website and input your Access ID on the left side of the homepage, then click Login.
Step 2 – You will then be asked to provide your account Password, enter the Password and click Submit.
Forgot Access ID/Password – If you forgot your Access ID, you must contact the bank’s customer service department and explain to a representative your issue. They will then guide you through the process of recovering your Access ID. If you forgot your Password, you must click the Forgot Your Password link. You will arrive at a page that asks you to input your Access ID, Last 4 Digits of Tax ID Number, and Email Address. Input the information and click Submit.
HOW TO ENROLL
Step 1 – Visit FirstAtlantic Bank’s Enrollment Page and enter your desired Access ID and Password, then choose which type of account you have (Checking, Savings, Certificate, or Loan). Once all information has been entered click Submit and you will be on your way to enrolling in FirstAtlantic’s Online Banking program.
