HOW TO LOG IN

Step 1 – If a user wants to login they should go to the bank`s Homepage and look for `Online Banking` towards the top left of the page. Here they need to click on the type of login they require, in this case `Personal`. A text box will appear and here they need to enter their `Access ID` and then click `Login`.

 

Forgotten User ID/Password

Step 1 – If a user can not remember their password they should go to the bank`s Homepage and look for `Online Banking` towards the top left of the page. Here they need to click on the type of login they require, in this case `Personal`. A link `Forgot Password` will appear which the user must click on.

Step 2 – The user is now required t enter their `Access ID`, `Last Four Digits Of Tax ID` and `Email Address` and then click `Submit`.

If a user can not remember any of their other login details they must contact the bank either by telephone calling 1-877-355-4693 or by visiting their `Bank Branch`.

HOW TO ENROLL

Step 2 – The user must now complete the `Blank Fields` and then click `Submit`.
