HOW TO LOG IN

Step 1 – To login users must go to  the bank`s Homepage and look for `Secure Online Banking Login` at the top left of the page. The user must select `Bangor Online` from the drop down menu.

 

Step 2 – The user must now enter their `Username` and `Password` and then click on `Login`.

 

Forgotten User ID/Password

Step 1 – If they have forgotten their login details users must go to  the bank`s Homepage and look for `Secure Online Banking Login` at the top left of the page. The user must select `Bangor Online` from the drop down menu.

 

Step 2 – Now the user must click the link `Forgot Password`.

 

Step 3 – If the user wants to retrieve their password they should enter their `Telephone Number` and `Username` and then click `Send Me A New Password`. If the user would like to retrieve their username they should click the link `I forgot My Username`.

 

Step 4 – Now the user must enter their `Email Address` and then click `Send`.
